Ani Vartanian Boladian

Managing Partner, Chief Investment Officer
Ani co-manages Rubicon Point and serves as fund Chief Investment Officer. Prior to Rubicon, Ani served in the Obama administration, where she led the team responsible for the $200 billion TALF program and restarting the securitization market during the height of the recent financial crisis on behalf of US Department of Treasury.  Previously, she was with Rockwood Capital, responsible for acquisitions, asset management, and establishing a $400 million separate account on behalf of a state pension fund. Her career began at Goldman, Sachs & Co.

Ani is a graduate of Stanford University and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Razmig Boladian

Managing Partner
Razmig co-manages Rubicon Point and is responsible for asset management and capital markets.  Prior to Rubicon, Razmig co-founded Roland Berger Strategy Consultants’ Middle East practice and served as Partner and Saudi Arabian Country Manager.  Within six years, Roland Berger was ranked one of the top five consulting firms in the Middle East, managing over fifty consultants.  Razmig started his career at Booz & Co. and Deloitte Consulting.

Razmig is a graduate of American University of Beirut, Carnegie Mellon University, and Harvard University.

Victor Kwok

Chief Financial Officer
Victor is the CFO and oversees all accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, risk management, and strategic financial planning functions. Previously, he was the CFO for Fremont Realty Capital, a Bechtel investment company and a real restate opportunity fund sponsor and general partner, a registered investment advisor, and involved in over $3 billion of real estate investments. Victor started his career in public accounting and was a senior manager with the international accounting firm of Laventhol and Horwath.

Victor is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley – Haas School of Business and a CPA and CGMA.

Irina Zavina

Managing Director, IR
Irina is responsible for investor relations and fundraising as well as new market entry.  Prior to Rubicon, Irina co-founded a real estate development firm with a focus on mountain recreation. Previously, she led business development and acquisitions for Gansevoort Hotel Group. She also served in various roles at Credit Suisse, Starwood Capital, and American Express. She began her career at Merrill Lynch.

Irina is a graduate of The University of Chicago and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Luke Seufferlein​

Director, Acquisitions and Asset Management
Luke is primarily responsible for investment sourcing and acquisitions.  Since joining Rubicon Point in 2012, Luke has led 14 acquisitions and dispositions totaling 1.5M SF and $558M in total capitalization. Additionally, Luke has asset managed 636K SF of office space and is the portfolio manager for two funds with AUM of $300M.  Luke started his career at Newmark Knight Frank Cornish & Carey in 2009, where he was involved in 40 investment and lease transactions over $200M in consideration.

In 2017, Luke was nominated as Developing Leader of the Year for NAIOP’s San Francisco Bay Area chapter. Luke is a graduate of California State University, Chico.

Chris Relf

Director, Construction Management
Chris is responsible for all construction projects from conception to completion.  Prior to joining Rubicon, Chris was a project manager for Nova Partners, a construction management firm, where he worked on a variety of construction projects from design through delivery.  Projects ranged from a ground-up assisted living facility to office tenant improvement projects.  Prior to Nova, Chris worked as a project manager at DPR Construction for over 11 years.  Chris’ projects included ground-up research facilities, high rises in San Francisco, and the new Benioff Children’s Hospital in Mission Bay.

​Chris is a graduate of Brown University.

Will Sandman

Associate, Acquisitions and Asset Management
Will is primarily responsible for portfolio and asset management.  Since joining Rubicon, he has led dispositions totaling 400K SF and $170M in total capitalization.  Prior to Rubicon, Will worked as a project manager for the U.S. Navy’s nuclear propulsion command for 7 years. Will’s responsibilities included managing design, construction, and operation of systems and equipment used to support nuclear-powered submarines and aircraft carriers. Will managed equipment and projects ranging in value from $100 million to $1 billion.
​
Will is a graduate of Boston College, Pennsylvania State University, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. Will served as an active duty officer in the U.S. Navy for 5 years.

Alexander Portillo

Sr. Executive Assistant / Operations Manager
Alex oversees Rubicon Point Partners’ business operations. He directly supports Rubicon’s leadership as well as oversees the property management division of Rubicon.  Prior to joining Rubicon, Alex was with Goldman, Sachs & Co. San Francisco Investment Management Division.

Alex is a graduate of Saint Mary’s College of California in Moraga, CA.

Myles Roebuck

Manager, Property Management
Myles oversees asset operations for building and facility management. His duties include tenant and vendor relations, property inspections and implementing preventative maintenance programs.

Myles is a graduate of San Francisco State University and served 4 years in the U.S. Army, including Operation Iraqi Freedom.​
